The NGU provides dormitory for about 30 students.NGU also leases some rooms in an apartment house near the campus for IJS students. If necessary, students can lease a private apartment or room from a wide range of types in the city.

Each unit contains rooms for two students. The units are 34 square meters in size and have a Japanese style bath, toilet, kitchen and refrigerator.
